Choice of carpet and warranty
Each rug is unique. When ordering please be assured that the carpet that will be delivered is what you saw in the photos shown. In support of each rug purchased there is also a certificate that guarantees its authenticity.

The purchase is considered completed when your payment has been accepted.

Formula Money-Back Guarantee
If the merchandise is not to your liking, you can return within 30 days of the receipt and subsequently recover the amount paid. The goods must not have been used and must be returned, possibly, in the original. For the return you need to contact customer service (+390321838785) and agree on the method of delivery. Shipping costs and insurance are borne by you. If you wish we will send a courier to pick up the merchandise, you will need to provide welding time of shipping. The commodity is valuable, so please detail photographed all over the carpet, as we do, to avoid disputes with the insurance company in case of damage. The return is considered accepted when verifies the integrity of the carpet. In the event that the return, for reasons of non-compliance, can not be accepted, is returned to the customer with the charge of shipping costs.

Prices and delivery
All prices include VAT, delivery is by courier. The delivery "standard" in Italy, for purchases over € 250.00 is free, while for purchases below € 250.00 contribution is € 17.00. The delivery "standards" in the rest of Europe and any customs duties up to your front door, is calculated from time to time.
We reserve the right to change prices at any time because it is directly dependent on the foreign exchange market, and the market for carpets.

The warranty is valid for one year from the time the goods have been withdrawn by the customer. In the event that warranty service is requested, and after careful verification shows that the defect is not due to our society and therefore is not covered by warranty, the customer must pay any repair costs. Our experts will evaluate the first thing, even with the aid of photographic documentation in our possession, if the defect is dependent on goods produced in a defective or from external events occurring after the goods have reached the customer. In this case, the customer pays the transport costs.

Payment by credit card
Carpet Planet manages secure payments Triveneto Consortium in collaboration with MPS, Visa and MasterCard. Payment by credit card is safe for you as a customer. Carpet Planet does not have access to your credit card. These data are treated by means of cryptographic Consortium Triveneto and your bank. The customer is protected against any improper or incorrect debits. If there is any suspicion of improper purchase by credit card, payment is stopped by the bank, so it is important that you follow precisely the instructions giving general information correct at time of payment.

Payment must be made directly to the courier who delivers the goods. The carrier is authorized to receive payments in cash or cashier's checks. In case of cash payment points out that the courier, normally, is not equipped to manage the remains which he prepares for the exact figure.

Errors on delivery

Transport damage
Visible damage to the packaging and the goods must be reported immediately to the carrier at the time of delivery. No visible damage caused by shipping must be reported to the carrier as they are encountered.

Parcels not collected
For package ordered but not collected for reasons not attributable to damage during transport, are charged the cost of return transport

When you register as a customer, please enter in the registration form accepting your personal information that your data is kept in electronic form on digital media safe. These data are required only to the improvement of the sale and for statistical purposes. Carpet Planet will not release your personal information to third parties. You are still eligible to apply at any time to delete any information held by us. In case of wrong information, incomplete or irrelevant, you can expect that the information is correct or that are deleted. In this case, please contact customer service.
